Rimpoche is giving a talk on “World Views Make a Difference” the same day at the 3rd International Conference on Gross National Happiness in the main auditorium at Chula. I cannot find a time on the web site, http://www.gnh-movement.org/index.php.
It looks like there is a fee (200 baht) for attendance.
