Bhutan Movie – Golden Cup

[Upcoming  Event – 14 and 15 screening of the Bhutanese file Golden Cup @ Central World Paza]

It’s not quite clear how a movie from Bhutan relates to Buddhism, but it is probably fun, and comes from a country that has maintained a strong form of Buddhism in the Tantric lineage. Make sure about the subtitles – I’d guess some screenings have Thai subs, and some English:

…special screenings of a feature film from Bhutan, GOLDEN
CUP, at the SF World cinema in CentralWorld Plaza on the 14 and 15
December 2007. The event is supported by the Royal Bhutanese Embassy and
we aim to promote the film to the Bhutanese community in Bangkok as well
as to the Thai public who are interested in Bhutan and Bhutanese arts &
culture.
