Ajahn Wimoak Workshop – Date change!

Thai monk Phra Ajahn Wimoak, who leads a meditation workshop on Sukhumvit Soi 1 on the last weekend of each month, has switched the English and Thai programs so that the English version will be on Saturday 28th  – so that we can all attend Frank’s ordination on the Sunday (more news about the ordination soon… ). 

Therefore the new information is as follows:

3.00 – 4.30 PM Mind-to-Mind Counseelling on Right Meditation by Dhamma Friends
4.30 – 5.00 PM Practice on Satipatthana (Four areas of Mindfulness)

    Looks like there will be a good few of us. Others have booked in at Ariyasom directly.

    Ajahn Wimoak is one of few Thai monks who is really ready and willing to arrange things in English, so it provides an insight into how the Thai people approach Buddhism.
