Weekend Retreat at Dr. Tui’s Organic Farm in Chiang Mai’s Mae Tang District

Every weekend from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, Dr. Tui’s Organic Farm is presenting its
“ boutique ashram ” weekend retreat program, offering lodging in a luxury safari tent under the lichi trees, gourmet organic meals, meditation, chi kung, tai chi, yoga, an excursion to Buatong Waterfall and transportation from and to Chiang Mai city. On our first weekend of December 4-6, 2009, Yoko Fukatsu will be our guest yoga teacher. Meditation is led by Morakot Piyakesin. Program is in English and Thai (possibly also Japanese for yoga!)
Fee ranges from 3,600 – 4,400 baht per person with a maximum of 12 participants for each weekend.
Private classes, massage and banana leaves sauna at reasonable fees are also available for upon request.

On the weekend of December 18-20, 2009, Universal Tao Certified instructor, Veronique Hogan will lead the retreat of meditation, chi kung and tao yin as well as give Chi Nei Tsang massage. Participants need no prior experience. Beginners are welcome.
After 15 years of journalism, Veronique has taken a complete turn of her life upon discovering Chi Nei Tsang, the abdominal massage, which cured her excruciating stomach pain. She became a student of Master Mantak Chia and discovered self healing through chi kung, tai chi, tao yin and meditation.
