Vicky Weber leads a monthly chakra balancing class at the Marriot Hotel. This is a method of meditation using visualisation – some people are more visually orientated, so it is a good alternative to Vipassana for some. It’s a nice place and group. The yoga studio at the Marriot is clean and spacious, but can be pretty cold sometimes. Their announcement runs as follows:
